Here at KBC we love to connect with our community to meet their needs and share the good news of Jesus Christ.

We want to proclaim the Gospel and give everyone the opportunity to choose to follow Jesus Christ. We run courses to help people explore their questions, introduce them to Christianity and make disciples. We have run these courses in the past and hope to again in the future. Keep an eye out under Upcoming Events to see our current courses!

We aim to help support our community by donating care packs to local charities twice per year — for Easter and Thanksgiving.

Each year KBC partners with the King Township Food Bank supporting the needs of the community with the student backpack program, Christmas in King and new since 2021, pop-up giveaway events! We are proud to partner with them each year to help those within our community.

Families connected to the food bank and request a backpack for the school aged child will be the recipients of a backpack filled with all the things they need for the school year. Items are age appropriate depending on their grade with items such as lunch bag, crayons, pencils, pens, paper, binders, calculator and much more. Each backpack will be filled according to the age. It is a great opportunity to help those within our community.

Families connected to the food bank will submit a form of their needs for Christmas whether it be: gifts for all the family members, a Christmas tree or wreath, a Christmas food Hamper filled with all the festive trimming, a turkey and even a surprise Christmas box. Each family who applies through the King Township food bank will benefit and be able to enjoy Christmas each year.

KBC families support both these programs with providing the needed items to help family take the stress out of Christmas and the start of school. We are excited to partner each with these programs.

KBC regularly supports missionaries and mission organizations through prayer, connection and finances. These include Operation Mobilization, Northern Canada Evangelical Mission, Teen Challenge, Serving In Missions, Thru The Bible, LIFE 100.3 and Emmanuel International Canada.
