We are excited to be continuing our small group discipleship across all of our age groups, adult, youth and children. We believe that this is the most effective way to build disciples, maintain community and encourage accountability.

We are excited to be able to offer a number of Small Groups on different days and locations. Please see the list below and choose the one that best suits you! Please email Pastor Mark to join and for the address of the host home!

Monday Small Groups

Young Couples

Join this dynamic group of young adults as the share in studying God's Word and fun fellowship. Meeting in Oak Ridges - Bi-weekly at 6:30 the evening begins with a wonderful meal. Come and join these young couples in both faith and fellowship. 

Adults

Join this group which meets bi-weekly at 7:00 at John & Gail Nowells in Aurora (Bathurt & Aurora Heights). They are studying "What Happen's Next" by Max Lucado.

Tuesday Men's Group

Welcome to our Tuesday Men's Group. Here Bob Hardisty leads a group of men every Tuesday from 10:00 to 12:00 in the study of God's word. Currently the men are in the book of Nehemiah using a course by Dr. Eric Mason on Right Now media. 

Wednesday Small Groups

Join this group which is meeting bi-weekly at 7:00 at the Lethangue's in Aurora (Bayview & Wellington)

Adults-Prayer Focused

This group of prayer warriors meet weekly at 7:00 at the Bath's in Richmond Hill. 

Precept Study-Hybrid

Welcome to Inductive Bible Study, an interactive and unique way of getting into the Word and learning God's precepts. Using the Precepts Upon Precepts study guide we are doing the study Genesis Part 2 which will explore Genesis chapters 3-11.

Thursday College & Careers

Beginning on Thursday, January 16th a new Small Group will be starting! This group is for anyone in College/University or just starting in their career. They will meet once a week at 7:00pm at the Lethangue's house in Aurora.  They will be doing the study "The Book of Malachi" by Dave Cornes. Please contact Lisa if you are interesting in joining or need the address to the Lethangue's.

Friday Ladies Morning Out Study

These ladies meet for an enriching morning of study, discussion and prayer. You can join them bi-weekly at 10:00am in the small kitchen at the church. 

New Discipleship Study: The Engagement Project

The desire for any believer is to know God more deeply, to know who we are in Jesus and then finally, to understand why we are still here and what God has asked us to do. That’s why I want to invite you to join me for the Engagement Project, a 10 week study, that will help us to gaze on the face of God, and then to wrestle with what it means to carry out the work of God’s Kingdom in the world around us. The journey begins Tuesday, January 14th @7pm at KBC.

We meet every Wednesday morning from 9:30am to 11:30am — NEW hybrid at church and via Zoom. 

Discover Inductive Bible Study, an interactive and unique way of digging deep into God’s Word and using the Bible to interpret the Bible Using the Precept Upon Precept study of the book of Matthew, we will explore who is the promised King and what His Kingdom is. Through this engaging study you’ll gain a deeper understanding of the resurrection and its power in your life. 

This study will be from Jan 8–Feb 19 and the books will be $22.

Matthew Part 2 will be from Feb 26-Apr 23 and the books will also be $22. 

If you are interested in both studies you can pay for both books at the same time.

Precept Upon Precept (PUP) Studies are up to 5 hours of homework each week. Doing in-depth study will prepare you for the discussion followed by watching an accompanying DVD taught by Kay Arthur. For the first class please have the first Lesson completed.

MEN'S SMALL GROUP

Join them every Tuesday at 10:00 at the church. They are doing the 8 week study "The Book of Nehemiah. Please speak to Bob Hardisty if you are interested.

This Small Group for Women is every other Friday 10am–11:30am in person! We hope you can join us!

The small group for kids and tweens! We meet on Sundays at 10:30am during the service for Grades K-8. Please sign in your child(ren) on your way into the service.

We also have a nursery available for babies.
